Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package). Our orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx and UPS.You may track your order on our website by clicking the Track Order link in the upper right corner and then entering your Order Number and email address.

It means several things. We are processing your order for payment authorization; our warehouse staff is batching, picking and packing your order for shipment to you; or your order is being "staged" while we wait for an item to arrive so we can process your shipment. Allow 2-3 business day to process your order. Scheduled delivery is 2-5 business days upon processing.

During the checkout process, you will be presented with the payment options available to you based on your geographic location. Select the option that you are most comfortable with, provide us with the appropriate billing information and we will get your order off to you as soon as possible!

You are charged when an item(s) ships to you. If you use a bank/debit card, understand that depending on your bank, an authorization on your card "holds" the funds and the amount authorized is not accessible to you and may appear as a "charge" in your account.

During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own personal gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. Additionally you can use our free E-cards. Simply find the image on our Web site and click on the "Send This Image as Free E-Card" link. You can use this free service to notify the recipient that the gift is on its way.

CROP: If you choose to use matting and your poster/print has a colored border it is typical to CROP the border and mat to the image edge. In such an instance the border and any associated text are removed, with the mat stopping right at the edge of the image. This means that the finished size will be smaller than the dimensions listed for the print.

Matted to Image Edge 
NO CROP: If you choose matting and your poster/print has colored border, the border will show and your mat and frame will be fitted to the outside edge of the printed paper. This means that the finished size will be closer in size to the dimensions listed for the print.

When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.

  • Posters and Art Prints:
    Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
  • Glossy Photos and Photo Cards: Packaged and protected in a flat 23 cm x 30 cmstandard cardboard envelope.
  • Wallpaper, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items:
    Covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.
  • Gift Packaging:
    During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping service.

If you are no longer interested in our Miller Beach Club newsletters or other special announcements, you may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe button in the footer of the mail. or emailing from the subscribed email address to requests@millerbeachprints with REMOVE in the subject line. Your request will be processed within 7 business days and thereafter we will only contact you as is necessary for the treatment of your orders.

Because we are retailers,we do not sell wholesale to resellers; however, we are happy to extend discounts to trade and large-volume orders. To be considered for a volume discount, please send an e-mail request that includes the specifics of your order to our customer service department at Orders@millerbeachprints.com and a sales representative will contact you.

In order for us to serve you effectively, you must place your order on our Web site and select from several options and channels we have available for you.

At this time, we do not offer COD, wire or bank transfer options.

For the fastest service, place your order on our Web site and select the On-line Credit Card option to use our secure Web site. We accept the following major credit cards:

If you have a debit card/bank card, please note: depending on your bank, an authorization on your card "holds" the funds and the amount authorized is not accessible to you.

When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the transaction is processed.

With most financial institutions, they will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Allposters.com cannot release pre-authorization holds.
